[Resolved] Nokia — nokia 5610 mobile display problem | |
Hello All, i boughu nokia 5610 series phone. i am facing lot of problem iNokia n that, I gave the phone in service centre as my display was not working. But after repairing also it was not proper i am getting an white line on the screen. And the phone restsrt on its own when the external call comes. The nokia service center people are least bothered and the phone was took by some one from the srevice center and lot of photos were taken from my phone. the phoen is not working and the people of service centre told that physical damage is there hence it will be charged. But it not phycisal damage, it is the fault of phone. Notheing is been done . Was this information helpful? | |

hello siri am using 5610id nokia phone . but when i use this phone i face a problem and no one solve my problemelse nokia care, when i go to nokia care they told me excuse every time

nokia/5610 — Mobile display is not working
Hello Sir,I have purchased Nokia mobile 5610 Express Music on 29/03/08.
Now, I am facing display problem with my handset, I went to nokia care centre and asked them to look into this issue.They had told me that this is due to liquid damage but I am sure i didn't put my mobile in any liquid. I asked them it can be due to enviornmental factors but they are not considering it.
Please suggest me.

DearI have nokia handset 5610 its screen is not working properly, when i went to nokia care center here at indore, thay say currently we are lacking the avalibility of screen of 5610. I'm waiting for screen from last two months. but still the situation is same.
Recently I brought NOKIA 7210 SUPERNOVA mobile phone.

Dear sir,I purchased NOKIA 5610 Express music model in june 2008.
My usage was very very less, and suddenly one day the phone was completely dead.
I had given to Nokia Care service cEntre in Ashok Nagar.
But the tragic part was that, i Gave my mobile for repair on 13.01.2009, and after 20-30 follow ups and shoutings, they returned my mobile which they said that that was a new replacement of previous mobile on may 2nd week.
The service centre was worethless and not even single person in that service centre is capable of handling customers.It is an completely useless team.After several shoutings, the Branch Incharge Mr.Jayakumar assured that he will give me replacemnt of my faulty mobile which was hardly 5-6 months old.
By 19th may we recd the mobile and today is 23rd and shockingly, mobil eis not working agian.
That Nokia care Manager told me that it was afresh piece.But I cannot say in words what i feel.
I purchase for 11000& odd and coul;d not believe that Nokia can deliver such an worthless model to customers.
I want immediate action to be taken on my issue.

Nokia 5610 — Display problem
Hello sir,I gave my nokia 5610 for dispaly repair to pune nokia care centre(aundh DP road, omkar complex) on Sat(04/7/09). That person told me he will give on Tuesday and today is friday.
Do you know how much problem when mobile is not present??
I get many calls which include job related.
is this service provided by nokia care??
I too have a nokia 5610 series phone.I faced a lot of problem after i purchased it, I have given more than 5 times for service for display, hanging and stripe problem. But even after service I have faced those problems lot of times, Now just 2 days back I had changed a new display at Nokia care for 3221 rupees. They have given me 30 days warranty for that. Very worst of NOKIA

Nokia 5610 — software damaged
Respected Sir,I have buied noika 5610 one weak ago from your reliable delar .But with in one weak its software damaged .I was shocked at that time & think that a bigger mobile company may create such type of mobile .Kindly help me out
