Nokia — Hand set mode 5610d-1 not working

Dear Sir,

I have purchased Nokia Mobile model No. 5610-d from Mobile store Ahmedabad on Feb-2008. Around two month after purchase mobile screen gets blank and i had sent to customer care of Nokia and get repaired with replacement of the new circut as well as display after almost one month. At that time as per Nokai care people this is due to technical fault of the mobile.

After usage of three month again same problem was appeared and submitted to Nokia Care on 02/01/2009 but till date nobody has assured me for the problem is resolved or return my mobile back.

On Feb-2009 warranty of the same will be over and i am very sure that after that nobdy from Nokia is ready to accept that above mentioned problem is due to mfg. defacts.

I have asked many times to Nokai care but nobody is ready to give contac number of the responsible officer.

Now i am thinking to go to cunsumer court as out of total 11months more that two months my mobile remain with the Nokai after paying huge cost for the purchase.
Additional to this i have to buy new mobile as i am unable to use this hand set.
I am thinking to claim my money back for the handset as well as alternate hand set which was required to purchase force fully with help of consumer court.
Company has given 12months warranty and my total 11month holding more than 2 month hand set reamain with the Nokai Care.

Please advise me how to do for the same.
