Nokia — Very Bad Warranty Service

I had purchased a Nokia 5310 Music Edition Phone and noticed that it has very poor signal reception. When taken to a Nokia CARE Centre, the phone was returned to me after nearly 4 weeks without any enhancement. Now again the phone has been submitted to the Service Centre and its been nearly 3 weeks and they are claimimng that I will get the phone next week.

Have I bought the phone to keep it with the Nikia Tech Team?? Doesnt Nokia have some business ethics and provide me with a replacement if they cant fix a defect?

Nokia — Very Poor Service.

I am jitender sharma from Gurgaon and my home town Bhiwani. i Purchased a New Nokia 2505 CDMA Handset 4/5 Month Ago and there is a Problem in his Handsfree. I Submit in Nokia Care on 13.01.2009 after submited it I visited in Nokia care 7 or 8 Times but Every time they did not give me a Proper Answer and Its A very Bad Exep. With Nokia. Very Poor Serv. Every Time.Nokia Product is good but Serv. As well As very-2 Poor. I can't Explain It.

Plz. Do needful ASAP...

Nokia — very poor service

i purchased a nokia n-82 on 5th oct . on 13 march i went to nokia care . i told them my problem . The problem was display gets opposite and theme automaticall change. When i gave them it was in a working condition. After 10 daye i went their to get my phone back they said that this phone is warrenty void. I said ok . I switched on the phone but it dosent't on I asked them . They said charge it at home for two three hours and it will work in that condition i left to them (display gets opposit) I charged it but it dosen't work I went their again .They again kept it and said it will go to company .Again same thing happens i want to ask you why didn't i get the phone bach in that same condition (display gets opposite) ok i agree that this phone has come in warrenty void but it should work as same as i had given them on 13th march And now they are saying that we have given you in a working condition. I live in MEERUT .nokia care center name is NEXTEL and i am going to put the case on you in consumer forum

Nokia — Very very poor quality of service centre

I have Nokia N 73 which was giving some problem with the software. I gave the mobile to Today Telecom Nokia Care in Elphinston road, Mumbai on 6th. Even after 9 days they are saying that they have not started working on my mobile. 9 days waiting to reload the software which is done in just 5 mins by road side vendors, I understand no that why people go to road side vendor rather than going to Nokia care.

Adding to that no one ever pics up the call at the centre, so I had to go 5 times to the centre to enquire about the status. Today the centre manager very rudely returned my moblie back. Name of the centre manager is Jagdish Girri. He said to me that I can go and complain wherever i may feel like he dosen't care.

Can anyone let me know where I can esclate this issue to?
mane brand new handset nokia 6220 classic liya jo ki 275hrs chala hua nikla hai or hamne nokia care ambala ko dikaya to batane lage ki software ki problum hai jo ki software ka liye diya or 15days bad mila jo ko imei no chenge tha or hand set bhi purana tha ab batao me kya karu...my mob no is [protected]
