iam writing this mail to complain about your product Nokia C2 01 Black
I purchased the phone on 19/12/2011 from Mobily Pattam.."Within a week of purchase", I met a problem with my phone. The problem is that "Mobile is getting switched off" and your nokia care centre in Pattom,Trivandrum.saying that is because of software problem and they updated the software. After updating also the same problem repeatedly showing to my phone then i go your nokia care centre in Pattom,Trivandrum they told they have to send the phone to delhi. You have to come after 10 days. After 10 days they phone was given to me but the problem is still showing the problem..So kindly replace the phone.
