[Resolved]  Nokia C2 - 03 — No service by Nokia care Tezpur Assam

I am Mrs sunita Rawal, I bought a New Nokia C2-03 handset in October 2011, it was working fine until on 19 Dec 2011,when i checked my phone in the morning it showed blank screen.I was using the phone and it was not mishandled at all so I was quite surprised to see this I found out a Nokiacare centre and thought as my phone is new and I have not mishandled it my problem will be resolved here,but when I went there they told me that there is little liquid in the phone and something is fused and told me that it will cost me rs 1200/=.I requested them for warrenty as its a brand new set but they did not agree.I agreed to pay but they didn't give me any feedback ,they didn't call me even once.I went to Nokiacare on 23 Jan 2012 to inquire about my phone ,but they bluntly gave back my phone saying it cannot be repaired when I asked them the reason they started arguing with me, they behaved in a very bad way and insulted us and didn't give any reason that why they can't repair it.I refused to take back my set and told them to get it repaired but they have not given me satisfying answer.
