I think these nokia care promoters should first learn business ethics and then teach their office guys about PR. I also saw it they have poor PR, almost no communication skills and as a result they mistreat their valuable customers. We advice them to take some good lessons in a professionally managed firms first to gain in-depth ideas on customers and products. They should not ignor their competitors and customers.
