[Resolved] Nokia — abt warranty claim | |
RESPECTED SIRS, I have purchased my nokia phone 5200 dated 7/04/2007from Kolphapur and due to problem in it I send it to the ASC PSK MOBILINKS at kolhapur on 14/04/2007 for ringing tone issue job sheet no is[protected]/070414/46 and again on 28/05/2007 for poor incoming audio quality job sheet no is[protected]/070528/41 they kept the phone around 15 dayswith them. Now i shifted to Mumbai and again my phone is giving lots of trouble to my i went ASC BRIGHT POINT at Lower Parel on 10/10/2007 and they are saying your LCD is Duplicate. As i did't repaire my phone to any other shops except ASC how my LCD was changed ? so i request you to plz do the necessary action as early as possible otherwise i have to take the further action .
