Nokia — regarding selling of duplicate accesories | |
Hi, This is Pawan Kumar.V from Guntur, this is about the issue with NOKIA 2100 model battery, my uncle is using your NOKIA handset since 5 years, as his mobile battery got damaged he wants to buy a new battery for his mobile & went to your NOKIA PRIORITY Dealer SAIJA Enterprises;4/7,Brodipet,Guntur on[protected], he had taken the amt of Rs.850/-for the battery & we had taken the same but to our surprise the battery didn't have any hologram of your company, we asked him for the same & he gave the answer that NOKIA Company it self is sending the accessories without any holograms & i[censored] have any problem go to company & ask them what to do. we were shocked with that answer & refuse to take that battery but that guy didn't agree to refund our money back & a the same time he used abuse language to us. Here I am furnishing the details of that battery, requesting you please revert on the same ASAP & I am sorry to say you that we have faced the worst service ever in NOKIA Priority.
