Nokia — Activate my mobile phone number

I am Pradeep Kuamr Sharma, Day before yesterday I submitted a complaint missing of my mobile phone. No - [protected] IMEI No - [protected] and locked my Balance and callings.
But yesterday I got the same prepaid Duplicate SIM for my mobile phone no - [protected] and SIM No is[protected], New Mobile phone IMEI no - [protected]
And I was asured that my mobile phone will activate within 4 hours but it is still unactivate so it is requested to you please Activate my mobile phone [protected] as soon as possible
