I PURCHASED 2 SETS OF NOKIA C3-00, BOTH HAVE SOFTWARE PROBLEM.
I submitted device 3 times to nokia care but problem cannot be resolved.
one and half month passed still mobile is in nokia care.
I request them for Replacement against MANUFACTURING DEFECT but they are saying "NO" NIETHER They are cabable to repare niether money back,niether warrenty period extend till my device is in nokia.
I am cropped in Bad way.
TOTAL 5 COMPLAIN NO., 4 JOB SHEETS PREPARED still no response. i make 25 bcalls to care center but they always try to make fool and only call center people response me not the Nokia company employees.
i subbmitted my device at EASY COMMUNICATION AT BARAMATI
I NEED REPLACEMENT BUT COMPANY AVAOIDING .I WANT TO CLAIM SUIT ON THEM.
