Dear Sir,
I have visited on nokia customer care centre at ORBIT INNVOVATIVE SERVICE. 4,Wall Street -1 ,Opp.The Orient Club Gujarat Colledge Road,Ahmedabad for showing trouble of My phone C3 Model which I have purchased only before only 7 to eight months. I have faces trouble of outgoing.so I decided to show my phone in a warranty period but I experienced tooooooooo much bad at your service centre which I have explain below.

First I visit at your service centre at orbit Innovative services and deposit my new Nokia C3 phone and waiting for their replied
After that they have replied that your phone repairing estimate was Rs.950.00 and it was mike problem and you will get the same within 2 days.and I replied to repair the same. Listen care fully my phone is only 7 to 8 months old and they give reason liquid damage but after that I ready to pay Rs.950.00 the problem is mike problem. After the day the phone was came at my office number and they have replied that your estimate is Rs.1500.00 and the same time I replied do not repair the phone and return to me my phone C3. because your people were irresponsible how can they replied estimate of Rs.950.00 without proper checking .i think they are robb the customer .my phone value is Rs.5900.00 and within in six month expense for repairing is RS.1500.00 that means 25.50% repairing cost only in six month for a new nokia mobile.Have you think I have purchase nokia mobile or a china mobile.and same time I have refuse to do any thing in my mobile and return to me my phone.

When I visit to your centre to take return of my mobile they behave with me like criminal and shouting and said please pay Rs.950.00 otherwise we will not return your phone.

I have simply ask to them to write this all things on paper but they refuse and say WE DONOT GIVE ANY THING IN WRITING PAY Rs.950.00 first and take away your phone. Suddenly sock to saw behaviour of customer care people.

Have I made mistake to purchase NOKIA phone and I go to your customer care centre?

How can they give estimate of Rs.950.00 without proper checking and why they give 2’nd time more estimate of Rs.1500.00 or they want to robb the customer.

I Have clearly refuse to repair my phone .so I herewith made hearrtly request to return my phone without any charges .

Please do needful because without phone I m suffering too much problem and mentaly suffering .
