I am praveen from Kochi ,Kerala.I am having one Nokia C3-01 Touch screen mobile, IMEI No:[protected] mobile num:[protected].
After 5months of purchase ,my touch pad noticed complain(Not working ).As most of initial functions are in touch pad,,i cannot make any of the functions other than attending the call.
I approched the customer care(Nikia care)available in kochi.For nokia, there are 3 customer care centers and non of them are keeping the sufficent spare parts.I am behind the complaint from last 2 weeks and the approach of nikia care people are very pathatic.
Nikia care is the worst services which i ever approched.To meet their executive, to attend the complaint, we have to wait min 1/2 hr to 1.5 hr and then after we have to spend 1.5 to 2.5 hours to diagonise the problem.
I approached all their nokia care centers(3nokia care) and the feed back is same.
I found from my friends and from common feedback site that the majour complaint of this model(NOKIA C3-01)is touch pad complaint and it is suprising that nokia is not keeping the commenly complaint making spare.
Secondly the key pad of this STEEL colour model is faded with in 5 months .
I need the replace ment of this model to any other equalley priced other non complaint model or refund the purchase amount.
