[Resolved] Nokia C3 01 — PHONE IS NOT WORKING PROPERLY | |||
HAVE NOKIA -C3 01 WHICH HAVE SOME PROBLEM WITH THE EARPHONE SETTING FROM THE VERY FRIST DAY N AN INTRUPTTED OUTGOING VOICE PROBLEM.I HAVE SUBMITTED MY PHONE IN NOKIA CARE TOMORROW BT IS THIS THE WAY TO BEHAVE AND CREATING HURDLES TO THE CUSTOMER. I JUST WANT TO ASK THAT WHETHER THEY ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE TO CHECK THE PIECE BEFORE SENDING THEM TO THE MARKET FOR SALE.DO YOU EVER THINK OF THIS THAT BECAUSE OF YOUR CARELESSNESS WE HAVE TO SUFFER A LOT.I JUST WANT TO ASK YOU ONE MORE QUESTION THAT WHAT IS THE NEED TO BUY FROM A TRUSTED COMPANY AND TO RUSH TO THE NEAREST CARE CENTRE WITH YOUR NEW PHONE. I THINK THAT SERVICES OF NOKIA CARE CENTRE ARE VERY PATHATIC. FIRST DAY THEY GIVE ME TIME OF ONE DAY ONLY WHEN I CALL THEM UP NEXT DAY THEY TOLD THAT PHONE IS OK COME N COLLECT BUT WHEN I REACHED THERE PLACE THEY TOLD THAT PHONE IS NOT OK AND IT WILL TAKE ONE WEEK AS THEY HAVE TO SEND IT TO THE FACTORY. I JUST WANT U ASK IS THIS YOUR SURVICE?U PEOPLE THINK THAT ALL THE PEOPLE HERE ARE STUPID OR THEY DIDN'T HAVE ANY WORK TO DO. IS THIS THE WAY TO BEHAVE WID YOUR CUSTOMERS.THIS IS TOTALLY COMPANY'S FAULT THAT THE NEW PHONE IS NOT WORKING PROPERLY BUT I HAVE TO PAY FOR IT. I M DISSAPOINTED WID UR SERVICE N PRODUCT .I AM NOT ABLE TO UNDERSTAND THAT WHY YOU PEOPLE ARE NOT REPLACING MY NEW PHONE. Was this information helpful? | |||

I HAVE MAILED YOU ALL THE DETAILS BUT NO ONE HAS CONTACTED ME TILL NOW NOW. YOUR RESPONSE TO THE CUSTOMERS IS NOT APPRECIABLE AND FOR YOUR KIND INFORMATION I WOULD LIKE TO INFORM THAT YOUR SERVICE IS VERY POOR.
No one from the nokia office contacted me till date.I contacted the people at sec 2 nokia care, noida but again this time my phone is not being repaired.Now its more than 15days. The centre manager informed me that they have discussed my problem with the higher authority and by the end of this week I will get a new replacement.Hope to hear from you soon and you will solve my problem as soon as possible. looking forward

I brought a new Nokia C3 01 b4 4 months, But unfortunately from the first day I had some complaints like overheating, phone getting stuck, battery backup..etc. So i went to Nokia care they told it is common for all phone.But you need to understand one thing it is your responsibility to check the product b4 releasing to market.We never except this from a well known brand NOKIA.
