Nokia C3 — Too many problems

I bought Nokia c3-00 from Nokia Priority Dealer on 11th June,2010. used it for 10-15days,it started to show problems, call list cant be deleted. I toke it to Nokia Care at Grish park, where the problem was solved, but a new problem arisen in the keypad. the symbols were different from that i typed. I again toke it to the same Nokia Care, they were unable to do anything and said that they had to keep the phone and gave me a stand by handset(a b/w nokia1110). After about 7-8days, i had to contact them for the progress, they said that it was ready. so i went there that day, toke the phone only to find that the same keypad problem still exists. I was told that it requires a new software update and when it will release then they will let me know about it. I toke the phone used it for some days and again the call list not delete problem arised along with the keypad problem. So i now went to Nokia Care at Princep St on 19th july,2010. They repaired my phone on that day and all the problems were solved. then after 4days again the call list problem arised. again i went to that nokia care and had the problem fixed on 28th july,2010. on 5ht aug,2010, the same problem of call list arised. i am now still facing the problem along with some other problems like hanging,automatic restarts,memory full although it had nothing in it. i really want to know whether Nokia doesnt replace these kind of defective handsets?i am facing the problems from the time i bought the set.
