[Resolved]  Nokia C3 — keypad not working properly

i hav purchased a new nokia c3 handset 2 months back .. it just gt sm problem wd its keypad on its own i went to nokia care they r saying it dnt cm under warranty bcoz its has gt sm internal damage ,bt hw cm it can hav such thng wen d cell is wd me n neva eva fell nor even hav ne prblm just its keypad stopped wrking on its own ....they r charging a good amount wdout considering into warranty period .......n the service will be cmpleted afetr 10 days they r saying .....
kindly resolve the prblm asap i bcoz its the first time on by faith i hav purchsed nokia product on d beleive ill get a good afetr sale service on d d same thnx
