[Resolved]  Nokia — Bluetooth Dead.

Dear Sir,

I have bought a Nokia Bluetooth Model BH103 on 16/02/2010, exactly after one week the bluetooth got dead, this product has 6 months seller warranty. I went to Nokia service center in chennai M/s. Raksha Impex, located at Medavakkam tank road, Kilpauk, chennai. They have gave me a Job sheet no.[protected]/100225/39 Dt: 25/02/2010. Once a bluetooth is dead and is in warranty, it is suppose to be replaced. I got a call from this Nokia Care center on 03/03/2010 that my bluetooth is ready. When I went their they said its replaced, but to my shock it was the same old set. I asked them to Connect the same with my mobile which they was not able to do. The person in the counter said he will send it back again and revert, but till today there is no msg from their end.

Can you please lookd into this issue.
