i want to know my status of mobile, which ihave given innokia care given in panjagutta of hyderabad.it has taken nearly fifteen daya of given the product

I Purchases N95 Model New Phone on 02.06.2007 through M/s Poorvika Mobile World (Bill No 1384). The Mobile got Complaint on 05.07.207 & when I went to u r Dealer they showed an poor responce . I went to your HCL Service center at Mount Road & Handoverd my Mobile to them, after that I had got same Repeated complaint for three times, Similar to your Dealer your HCL peoples are also showed very bad responce. Again the Complaint has occured & once again I had given to our HCL .
For your ref , Herewith I am giving the Jobsheet No for your Persual.

In this reg I had come over lot of problems because of that Phone, Every time your HCL people will erraise the Data & I Have to Retype all.

So this time I requist you to Replace the Mobile with New One ( If Posible Replace with Some other Model Equlant to That, I have purchesed for Rs. 31,300.00).

Still if your people want to Play the same Game with then it will be dificult situation for them.

I am 100% clear that I dont need the Old Mobile Phone at any cast.
