sir, the nokia care office in khargone district of madhya pradesh do not call the customers in order to inform that his or her mobile has been repaired and can take it. they don't call us ever, i always called them for getting the information about my handset that it has been repaired or not. i need a handset to keep my sim active but they are not cooperating. they just show that we give this facility, if this is not so then why did'nt they inform me for the loaner to keep my sim active. please take some strong action about this.
