IMEI no [protected] B no[protected]/[protected] Ch no 39979122443021027100675413 Bought at Gaurav Telecon Sararanpur dated 21st July 2012 I have been transferred to Kolkata and I have shifted The complaint has started appearing from 1st Nov 2012 I have approached Nokia care Lenin sarani at Kolkata and got it repaired once The problem is still persisting. we have purchased nokia c 5 phone in the month of may 2011. but now our phone met with a major problem which touch screen is not working. it is under warranty the nokia care people solved the problem but i want the warranty extension of my phone. they are rejecting to do so. my name is mvdv prasad. phone no [protected].
