Nokia C6 - 01 — replacement of my mobile

Dear sir,
i have purchased new nokia c6-01 on 24/04/2011,imei no.[protected],[protected].
Sir when i m purchased the mobile from that day to till date i m faceing lots of problem in my mobile.my problem is given below,
1. In my mobile network is not coming properly.
2. My battery backup is too low.
3. My mobile cabinet is too loose.
4. My mobile has always going hang.
Dear sir from same reason i went to nokia care center lots of time and 2 times they are already sended the mobile to delhi,but in my mobile their is same problem.
But the people of nokia care center,does not anderstand the problem what's happening in my mobile.

today i went to nokia care regarding the same problem but my problem
has been not solved, it increased more,and they was not maked any job
sheet,they told me wait for a minute i will solve it now but they did
not solve the problem.
So i have only option to solve my problem which is replacing of my mobile.
Plz do the needfull,i am waiting for your kind response.
Plz suggest me what should i do.
