[Resolved] Nokia C6 - 01 — No battery backup | |||
Nokia C6-01, bought on 12/3/2011 from Classic Electronics, Shop No. 4, Gr. Floor, Golden Arcade, M.G. Road, Mangalore-575 003. Ph.:[protected] by paying Rs. 15,900. as their instruction, i have charged the mobile for 8 hours. next day morning, i saw, without using it, the battery dropped something around 20%. as per the problem in battery, i brought into the classic electronics. but they have not given me the reliable answer. while selling the product, they are trying to convince us to take go for it. but after that, if any customer looking for the good service, they are reacting in a rude manner. so i am surrendering my mobile by evening. and fight for justice... Actually i wanted to shift from NOKIA 5800 to NOKIA C6-01. But now after seeing your comment i realized what the problem with this mobile. Thanks for the information. Its a shame on Nokia to bring up such low quality mobiles to market.
i have bought the mobile just the day be4 yesterday and nm also getting the same problem.this battery not working even a full day.and its not being used up dat continuously. i have charged the battery for more than 8 hours as they said.but from 2 days m getting this problem and this should be rectified.i had not even downloaded any applications.why this is happening than?
YES, I do have a similar experiance. In fact the very first thing that i enquired about this mobile in Ezone ( Oberoi Mall Goregaon mumbai ) was its battery back up. the sales executive said that battery backup is particularly what Nokia is known for. I bought it. From day one It runs down within 12 hours after a full charge up even without a couple of calls.
