Nokia — faulty handset not being replaced | |
sir, this is with refference to the filing of the complaint with u that i bought a nokia cell phone.nd it started giving me problems from the day of the purcahse only but now i am not being provided with the replacement, y i should be getting the 1 day old set being repaired rather than being replaced?i[censored] take no action in doing so i ll be filing a complaint in the consumer forum against the nokia company. love gupta Was this information helpful? | |

I bought NOKIA 2600 c, this 17 August 2008 (M/s GROVER INFOCOMM) and found the Penal is loose is just find out within 3 days, due to find out and TO reported NOKIA CARE (SUSHIL TELECOM) within 10 days and still with them since 29/09/2008. And now the looks like spurious, fake one. Is this the standard of NOKIA India mobiles? Or NOKIA as a whole
My IEMI no. is [protected], which is still under warranty and 10 days old. When I called customer care, they say the penal loose does not cover under warranty same is cosmetic, Who can ask this... they simply say the standard cosmetic does not come under warranty, means they had sold the component not the penal. Will the authorities take trouble to take the same back as gift from my side.

i alok vardhan singh useing nokia from all most 8 yers, now i bought a nokia n95 8gb 8 months back . and th e screen is becomeing blank, and i contacted nokia care more than 5 times but yet my probel is not being solved, the the care center could not identif the problem . after every 20 days i had to go th the care and sit for mor than 1 hr . i reques u to take care of the issue and replac the hand set
