My new Nokia N73(purchase date 2nd June) had a memory failure on 3rd July, that is one month within the period of buying. And the service centre which I attended(Kolkata service centre-garia) had completely igronat people sitting at the helpdesk. They said that it will take 10days for them to bring a new memory card of 2GB, whne i visited the centre after 10days they still had not gotten the required product. I will ask the Nokia care people to look into the matter. people sitting in the helpdesk should have a basic minimum training and also they should be fast in serving people. I did not understand the point in keeping a crea centre open if they dont have the material they need to supply to people, and that also 10 days for supplying a new memory card is too much. these people are doing nothing tarnishing the image of a reputable company Was this information helpful? |
nokia-2505 — handset not properly working
I HAVE GIVEN MY HANDSET ON 8-SEPT-08 TO YOUR CUSTOMER CARE OFFICE-SUBASH NAGAR JAIPUR AND RECEIVED ON 29-SEPT-08 DUE TO LCD WAS NOT PROPER, NETWORK PROBLEM AND CHARGING PROBLEM AFTER RECIEVING AGAIN LCD PROBLEM ARISES ON THE NEXT DATE i.e. on 30-sept now you just only say what the next step i should take for the same; set is under guarantee period
