Sir,
I had got a Wining SMS of 110000 pounds On this year nokia mobile promo. I follow there mail id given below, they replied with some attachment with the details. I want to know to whom I will be do complaint abt this. I read similar complaints on https://www.consumercomplaints.in this website.
I want to know that r u going to take any action towards this or not.
