Nokia C7 — NEGLIGENCE OF COMPLAINT FILED WITH NOKIA CARE CUSTOMER CARE

I am using nokia C7 and its allmost 5 months now i used it or i should say 4 months as 1 month its with NOKIA CARE CENTRE.
Main problem is AUTO SWITCH OFF and when i submitted 3rd time to nokia care centre they have taken more than 14 days and they said it has been sent to NOKIA main office gurgaon but from customer care i get to know that no set with the below mentioned IMEI no. is been repaired.
Within 1 month this is the 4th time i submitted my set to nokia care
1) 15 digit IMEI number of your device -[protected]
2) Latest jobsheet number -2115
3) Complete address of Nokia Care Center where i submit device

NOKIA/ C7 — Not getting resolution from last 90 days

This is to bring your kind notice that I have Nokia C7 (EMI no. is

afterwards I deposited my mobile to Nokia care center Gurgaon and I got my phone back on 25th Nov with the surprising and shocking
