Nokia Care — N900 - Trying to replace with lower model | |||
I gave my Nokia N900 for service (Network crashes while connecting to 3G) on May 5th, 2011 to Nokia Care Center in Jayanagar, Bangalore. After 10 days they called me and told that Nokia don't have N900 in stock!! so they convinced me to get Nokia C7 as replacement, which I refused to accept. They took another 15 days time and called me again said same story but now Nokia N8 in replacement for my N900, which again I refused. I asked why so? They said "Nokia doesn't have N900 stock and so they told to convince the customer with N8". When N900 is available in stores, why not with Nokia? I'm very much upset with Nokia and its customer care. I WANT N900 BACK OR I NEED MY MONEY BACK. NO MORE NOKIA. Also I tried to check my repair status online at http://www.namscareonline.com/scripts/JobsheetStatus.aspx. But it says my Job Sheet number not found. What's happening with Nokia. For God sake N900 would be my last Nokia mobile. I WANT IT BACK. Was this information helpful? | |||

Finally I got N900 after 30 days. As I said before this is my last Nokia mobile.
