i would like to inform you that, i have gone to nokia care of BOKARO STEEL CITY, JHARKHAND to ask how to lock it... one boy who is working there just took my mobile n deassembeled it, after tat its not gettin switched on, then he said that the mobile IC has burst and it will cost rupees 500. when i told him that its his fault n he has to repair it, he simply refused and also he is not telling his name.
kindly please help me out.

I AGREED AND SET WAS TAKEN TO ENGINEER AND AFTER FEW HOURS HE LANDED WITH A DEAD PHONE OF MINE, AND AGAIN ASK FOR RS. 1200 TO CORRECT THE SAME.
NOW, WHEN MY PHONE WAS ABSOLUTELY IN RUNNING CONDITION, WHERE INSTEAD OF RECTIFYING THE SAME HE LANDED WITH A DEAD PHONE. THEN WHAT SORT OF ENGINEER YOU HAVE RECRUITED WHO DOES NOT KNOW MINIMUM WORK RATHER DESTROY THE PHONE AND SNATCH MONEY BY HOOK OR CROOK.
AND THE THE VERY NEXT DAY WHEN I GO THERE WITH A WRITTEN COMPLAIN AS ABOVE, THEY ARE TELLING, WE ARE NOT CHECKING YOUR PHONE, HENCE NOT RECEIVED THE LETTER, AND LITTERALY PUSH ME TO OUT FROM THE CENTRE.
MY QUESTION IS IS NOKIA CARE IS CAREING CUSTOMER OR IT IS CEATERS PARADISE, WHO ALTIMATELY DESTROY THE NAME OF NOKIA, AND ENCOURIGING UNAUTHORISED SERVICE CENTRE.
NOW, IF MY SET WILL NOT RECTIFIED WITHIN 3 DAYS, I WILL TAKE LEGAL ACTION, AND KNOCK THE CONSUMER COURT.
