Nokia Care — Bad Nokia care | |
I am from Barpeta Road.Assam.I baught a nokia Handset for 3 months.But the mobile have some problems.After that i went to nokia care of barpeta road but the engineer want 1000 rs from me.I did not give him the money so he delay my mobile upto 2 months.what can i do?The engineer name is CHANCHAL SAHA. my self pankaj singla from nabha road.patiala.I buy a nokia mobile N73m ;But the mobile have some problems.After that i went to nokia care of bupindera road but the engineer want 1500 rs from me.I did not give him the money so he delay my mobile upto 8 months.what can i do?The engineer name is harjinder singh mobile tech very poor service nokia care & aman madam also hand is this. they don't have how to speak with custmer .please take some action and kick out from office.if you can;t do this than i have to take some action.
