SIR WITH DUE RESPECT I WANT TO DRAW YOUR KIND ATTENTION TOWARDS MY PROBLEM THAT ON 29/12/2009 I SUBMITTED MY NOKIA-3110C (Model No) AT >NOKIA CARE,GALAXY CARE,VASUDEO ENCLAVE,GROUND FLOOR KANKARBAGH MAIN ROAD,PATNA(BIHAR)-800020.THERE WAS SOME PROBLEM WITH PROPER WORKING OF MY DISPLAY MY PHONE WAS NOT IN WARRANTY PERIOD THEREFORE I PAID Rs 990 AS REPLACEMENT CHARGE.THEY GAVE ME ONE MONTH WARRANTY OF NOW WARRANTY REPAIRED HAND SET FOR SAME FAULT. ON 11/01/2009 I NOTICED THAT THE BACKLIGHT OFDISPLAY WAS AGAIN NOT FUNTIONING, SO WHEN I WENT THERE THEY AGAIN MENTIONED THAT PROBLEM IS RELATED TO I.C AND YOU HAVE TO PAY FOR IT . Hi, I purchased Nokia-2330 on Monday(31st Jan, 2010) at 12:30pm, at Marathalli in Bangalore from your authorized counter. When I reached home and put my sim that sudden the screen gone off. Same day at 04:00pm, I came the same counter and asked for solution to the owner of counter. But he didn't listen me. He told me to go to the Nokia care for solution. Is this the right way? Pls look into this matter as soon as possible, I'm excepting your support sonnest. Pls. feel free to contact me if you need more information.
