[Resolved] Nokia Care — Additional 2% being charged

I gave my Nokia 3250 for replacement of body to Yash Telecom, Jamnagar - A unit of Nokia Care. They are charging 2 % extra if I make transaction through Credit Card. Why ?? Additionally their workmanship is very poor, they have not fitted the all new body parts, only front glass & back music control switches are replaced, rest all are old !!! Then why they are charging 1150 Rs. + 2 % Extra ?? Poor service & Nokia has to be careful, Nokia should check the integrity and skill level of persons working in service department !! Nokia N72 — nokia cares are not working carefully

I have Nokia N762 cell some days it has problem of headset logo so I gave it for prepere right to nokia care they took biil from me 350 rs but after 3 days they totally destroyed my piece and gave me
Told me they We canmt do it Take it and go I spend 350 without any gain so do something
