I HAVE ONE NOKIA PHONE MODEL 7610, AS I WAS USING IT TO SEND SMS ITS BETTERY GOT DOWN AND MOBILE WAS SWITCHED OFF AUTOMATICALLY DUE TO LOW BATTERY. I TRIED TO RESTART IT AFTER CHARGING THE BATTERY BUT IT COULD NOT.
GIVEN TO NOKIACARE CENTRE FRANCHISE M/S NAMAMI ENTERPRISE, 22 OFFICE LANE, AGARTALA, TRIPURA - 799 001 CONTACT NO.[protected], 2312940 ON 11.6.2008 VIDE JOB SHEET NO 13835, I WAS TOLD SOME SOFTWARE PROBLEM IS THERE AND THEY CHARGED RS. 100/ IN ADVANCE FOR SERVICE CHARGES AND STATED AFTER REPAIRING THE BILL WILLBE RAISED. APPROX. ESTIMATE RS. 450/.
I WAS TOLD TO COLLECT MOBILE IN THE EVENING BY 16.00 HRS., WHEN ENQUIRED AT 16.00 HRS. OVER PHONE I WAS TOLD TO COME AT 17.00 HRS. AND THEN AT 18.00 HRS AND FINALLY NEXT DAY BY 11.00 HRS.
WHEN I VISITED THE NOKIA CARE ON NEXT DAY I FOUND THE JOB IS NOT DONE SO WAS TOLD TO WAIT FOR 30 MINUTES. ANY HOW I KEPT WAITING TILL 14.30 HRS.BUT MY JOB WAS NOT AT ALL ATTENDED. AND I WAS TOLD SOME CHIP PROBLEM IS THERE SO IT WILL BE GIVEN TO SR. ENGINEER AS THE ENGINEER PRESENT IS NOT COMPITANT TO HANDLE. BUT ULTIMATELY I WAS RETURNED THE MOBILE WITHOUT REPAIRING. TO MY GREAT SURPRISE I SAW THAT THE MOBILE WAS NOT EVEN OPENED OR CHECKED AND HENCE I WAS BEING FOOLED TO EXTRACT MORE MONEY IN THE NAME OF MAJOR PROBLEM. THIS IS REALLY VERY SHAMEFUL FOR A COMPANY LIKE NOKIA TO CHEAT THE PEOPLE.
MOREOVER THE SHOE ROOM IS NOT HAVING PROPER INFRASTRUCTURE FOR THE CUSTOMERS AND THE CUSTOMERS ARE BEING TREATED LIKE ANIMALS...NON A.C. SMALL SPACE NOT EVEN SUFFICIENT FOR MORE THAN 5-6 PEOPLE, WHERE MORE THAN 20-25 PEOPLE ARE ALWAYS WAITING FOR THEIR TURN.
MAY I REQUEST YOU TO LOOK INTO THE CASE. I MAY BE GIVING THIS COMPLAINT TO ELECTRONIC MEDIA FOR VIDE PUBLICITY, SO THAT THE PEOPLE SHOULD THINK MANY TIMES BEFORE BUYING NOKIA IN THE FUTURE, I MY SELF IS HAVING IN MY FAMILY 7 NOS. OF NOKIA MOBILES, AND I HAVE BEEN A REGULAR CORPORATE CUSTOMER ALSO FROM OIL AND NATURAL GAS CORPN. I was asking my mobile phone should get ready by the evening at that time they acepted that they will return.But after i came to home no one called me on the whole day and saying what happen to my mobile.Atlast i got irritated and called them on that time also there is no response they said we will let you know.
While i called later one employe spoken to me very harsed.Really i was totally irritated and atlast when i called and asked after two days one person attend the call and replied that my phone is ready.When i husband went there to collect the phone .My mobile phone is missing and they replied that they wrongly delivered to some other person.On that time my husband shouted there.They ask one day excuse so my husband came back.
When he went next day he wait there for more than 2 hrs to collect it.
really it was very much irritating for us.If this happens frequently no one will prefer to get nokia mobile.
From yesterday onwards again my mobile is getting the same problem .Seriously i was thinking whether to go to same nokia centre or what.
Please take care of all this service.This is very bad experience which i never had before.
My mobile is only 3.5months old which is not working.
I am having bill with me .Is there any procedure to change new nokia please advice.
