Nokia — NOT REPAIRING OR REPLACING THE HANDSET UNDER WARRANTY

I HAVE PURCHASED A NOKIA 6275 CDMA MOBILE IN MARCH 2008 FROM SPACE ELECTRONICS, SARDARPURA, JODHPUR. THIS MOBILE IS NOT WORKING SINCE FIRST WEEK OF AUGUST. I CONTACTED SPACE ELECTRONICS; THEY SAID CONTACT NOKIA SERVICE CENTRE AS OUR WORK IS ONLY TO SELL NOKIA, AFTER-SALES SERVICE WILL BE PROVIDED BY NOKIA CUSTOMER CARE. NOKIA CUSTOMER CARE SAID IT WOULD TAKE 25 DAYS TO GET THIS MOBILE REPAIRED. I GAVE THE MOBILE TO THEM ON 08-AUG-2008, BUT ITS MORE THAN ONE AND HALF MONTHS NOW, THEY HAVEN'T REPAIRED MY SET NOR THEY ARE REPLACING IT. THEY ARE NOT EVEN TELLING ANY REASON FOR IT, JUST GIVING EXCUSES. BECAUSE OF THIS I'M SUFFERING IN MY BUSINESS AS I HAVE LOST ALL MY PHONEBOOK. I MAILED TO NOKIA ALSO, BUT I HAVEN'T GOT ANY REPLY FROM THEM. LOOKING FORWARD FOR HELP FROM YOU.

i have purched nokia5610 in 25/04/2008 and after near appox. 8 months it started hanging and that phone is not getting start properly(IS GETTING SWITCH ON THEN GETTING OFF FREQUENTLY) . i have given it to nokiacare in somdatt plaza kanpur(u.p). when they are not able to repair my handset they have sended to you on manuf. unit dt.22/01/2009 JOB SHEET NO:-090119/90 and delivered to me on 09/02/2009 and then after few days it started sufering from the same problem again and then I DEPOSITED IT JOB SHEET NO:[protected]/090214/6 AND then aslo they try repair it but they are not able to do it. I have given it on dt-14/02/2009 and they told me it IMC BOUNCE. They have sended to you again.but i am not in mood to take this set AGAIN so, please replace this set with new one.REPLY ME URGENTLY.

i bought a new NOKIA PH 3600 NOKIA SLIDE on 29th of jan'09 from karachi PAKISTAN n now its not working i jus used it more than a month i took it to the sevice centre they said it will b repaired in 3 days but now its more than a week they are saying parts are not available to repair it wat a bull they dont have parts n then y selling it employees attitude is also very bad they provide so poor cusomer sevice every day they use to say call after 2 days to check ur ph status they dont pick up the phone whole day on any of the 5 given nos., we could get them after much difficulty) and they keep on increasing the time period to collect the mob.last time .The customer service person at this nokia care center is so rude also not reposnding if anything is asked, It is quite pathetic that a reputed company like Nokia is taking such a long time to address this problem. I request you to immediately give instruction to replace the set n one more imo thing i asked the lady there to replace my set she said its not in our company"s terms n conditions we dont replace the sets but before selling its in theirs warranty contition once u have bought it n theirs conditions r changed

sir, i have purchased NOkia E - 66 in the month of October 2008, with in fifteen days the handset was sent to the nokia care for two reasons 1) cannot dial from the call log ( dialed log, received log & Missed Log) 2. cannot dial from the contacts. i was able to dial by operating the keys. the handset is sent five to six times to the nokia care, Ahmedabad Branch, bearing job sheets no[protected]/081022/1 dated 23/10/2008, again jobsheet no[protected]/081113/36 dated 13/11/2008, again job sheet no[protected]/081217/43 dated 17/12/2008 again job sheet no[protected]/090317/21 dated 17/3/2009. all the jobsheets have resulted to the same the handset is still facing the same problem. secondly the incharge of the nokia care ahmedabad is not receiving my calls the numbers of the officers are [protected] & [protected]. this support is not all expected from such a big company nokia. after spending 22, 000 rupees, i have not used my handset, it is being used by the nokia care people. kindly do something to help me.

Nokia 5220 — No replay from Nokia Care

Dear Sir or Madam,

I was go to the Nokia Care, Bhanga Pachhil, Asansol-3, Dist. Burdwan, (W. B.) for my Nokia 5220 handset problem But no replay from Nokia Care and Nokia Care staff very ruff laguage use to me.

My Nokia 5220 handset mobile problem is restart of my mobile automatically many times of the day.
