I bought nokia 5300 cellphone. After a period of 5 months some problem ralating to
the scrren display started. I then turned up to nokia care because i thought that
the problem would be nicely fixed by the company itself. I submitted my phone to them
in a very good state with just and only screen display problem.
Then the true scene started. weeks after weeks they consistently sent me back and they took around more than
a month to fix the problem.
At the time when i got back my cellphone i was very much delighted, but that happiness
was shortlived since at the very spot i found out that some other part of the phone
was missing. I instantly reported the same to them. but instead of acceding
to the fault they committed, they said that this problem was existing before the
time of submission. God damn if this problem was therewould not i have reported in the complaint
and even your clerk appointed exclusively to check for any other fault went blind at that time.
in the end i was left betrayed. In a decent tone i demanded that they should accede to what they have done.
And what i received was a handful of abusive remarks and jolts.
At this point of time i m not looking for any revenge or any compensation, I wish to
appeal to general public to be aware and not get decepted by this company Nokia.
