[Resolved] Nokia Care Center — Not Repair of Handset | |
I brought Nokia N81m on 19/08/2008. owing to some technical problems or Software Problam i gave my mobile in NOKIA CARE CENTER (HCL), It is quite harassing that nokia care centers in India are not attending customers properly. Better they call as Nokia careless canters. I deposited my N81 at one of centre in SECTOR - 2, NOIDA with complaints of 'Non Keypad Working & Suddenly Cut The Phone' on 03th Sep 08. As per job sheet provided me, ([protected]) the expected date was given as 13th Sep 2008 as the problem so detected was related to its software only. And Then 2nd Date for given mobile after 1 week but not any response till now. Since the date I have been trying my best to get repair status from help lines. But unfortunately nothing has come out so far. On repeated tries, I realized that they are knowingly avoiding customers from queries. The whole episode is quite upsetting. It is beyond understanding as what they are doing with handsets. In my case such delay was not supposed to be as there were no hardware problems. Please help anyone from dilemma.
