Nokia Care — HANDSET PROBLEM | |||
To The Senior Manager (Customer Care) Sir, Sub:- very poor service I am shocked to bring to your knowledge that i have submitted my nokia 2690 having IMEI No. [protected]on 18th of July, 2010. the problem is battery pack up is very low and the phone is not charging so the people from nokia care Anna nagar took my phone for service, after 2 days people from nokia care call me. and said that your phone has been ready. So next day I went to collect the phone from nokia care. But while checking the phone the problem has not rectified. when I told the service center about the same complained they ask me to bring bill copy to get the replacement from head office ,after 10 days getting the replacement of the battery. the problem now is in the headset, so they took my handset again for service. so I wish the service center to rectify the problem properly . my service job sheet no :[protected]/100727/8 NOKIA CARE. i am writing tou this complaint on my elder brother sambit tripathy. he has give a complaint regarding his mobaile hand set ( IMEI No. [protected] ) Product Code 0562074, Model Name -3600 ). purchased the hand set 1 & half years back.Now it has some probelems. when he contacted regarding the probelem to the nearest Nokia care Centre, they told that the hand set has some Display probelem arises. and we will give you the hand set after 2 days, and you will charged of Rs 1800/- . My brother also agreed on that. Now after 2 Days when he goes to the Nokia Care center to bring the Handset, They show very rough behaviour and told that we cant not give you the gurantee after you receive the hand set from here after repairing.They also done the set to a very much rough condition. After Seeing that, my brother gets dejected and refused to repair the set. They Dont have enough time to listen the customer.now waht will we do. if your service centre can not give prpper service to the customer what is the benifit of keeping this. we can not expect such behaviour from Nokia.
