[Resolved]  Nokia Care — Irresponsible Attitude and No support

A complaint against Nokia Care R.S. Puram. I/We are very irritated on the behaviour and no support by the staffs at Nokia Care R.S.puram. I had visited the care centre for repairs of a Nokia 2760 model, although the model is old and spares not available atleast let their staff answer correctly/properly/responsibly??? For what are we nokia Customerss???/// just nuts on the brand with this attitudfe Nokia will be non customer no friendly care. Plss look into this dear NOKIA. the name that never ends.

Nokia — Damaged Cellphone Irresponsible repairing

I had problem with my N86. It was not charging so i went to Nokia Care (Maa Communication) in Nirmaan Vihar(East Delhi) and submitted my phone there on 20/11/2010. They returned my N86 on 27/11/2010 after 2days of promised date. It was saturday and i got my mobile. I started charging, after full charging when i pulled out my charger the charging jack came out of my N86. I did not even use my cell phone for 1:30 hour. They charged me 1250 Rupees for repairing and the phone did not even work for 1:30 hour. On monday i immediately went to Nokia Care (Maa Communication) They said that they will not look after the damage (they did the damage). And now i am left speechless. What about my 1250 Rupees. Is i am earning for free? Just help me claim my 1250 Rupees back or just tell them to repair my cell phone.
I had repaired my mobile phone (3110 classic ) software problem my mobile phone not saving contact no in the set and old record was deleted from my mobile phone. This reason on 04/12/2010 I contacted to nokia care incharge and they tell me my mobile repairing expenses will be Rs.331/-. I deposit my mobile phone in nokia care when they are depositing my mobile phone in nokia care for repairing my mobile phone they ask me i will write on their job sheet that " I will be resposible for my mobile phone when they damage my mobile phone during the repair "

On 04/12/2010 in evening they handed over my mobile phone and tell me your mobile phone is now O K than. I paid the remaining amount to them and they handed over my mobile phone.
On Next day 05/12/2010 (sunday ) when I Switch Off my mobile phone due to some reasons and after two hours. I Switch On my mobile phone The mobile phone is Displaying " Phone is Restricted " " Undo "

On 06/12/2010 ( Monday) I once again contact to nokia care Alwar Center and tell them my mobile phone problem. They tell me Your Problem is Diffrent So you Once again Deposit your mobile Phone and Pay Rs.225/- for this Problem. They tell me they will repair my mobile phone on 07/12/2010 but they did not handover my mobile phone on 07/12/2010 and tell me you once again come to nokia care on 08/12/2010 and they will handover repaired mobile phone. On 08/12/2010 I got my repaired mobile phone from nokia care after paying Rs.225/- For " Phone Is Restricted" "Undo" Problem .
In evening on 08/12/2010 when I was saving my contact no in my mobile set. The mobile set was not saving the contact no.
On 09/12/2010 once again I visit nokia care alwar center and contacting the incharge and tell my problem that my set is not saving the contact no in the phone " They tell me that you once again deposit your mobile phone because due to "phone is Restricted" "undo" problem solving this problem is orignate and now you once again Pay Rs.331/- this problem will be solved by us. When I enoyed on them the agree to Repair the set On Previous Cost. and they handed over the set on 10/12/2010

what about of nokia care and customer care and villager illetrate persons who visited from villages for repairing their mobile phone.
