[Resolved]  Nokia Care Dehradun — damage of handset

I am Aman Chahar currently studying in Dehradun. My Nokia 5233 was having a problem of power. It is not getting switched on. I went to Nokia costumer care dehradun and told them about the problem in handset. then they provided me with the jobsheet and said that contact after 4 days. i contact them after four days then they told me we have ordered an IC and it is coming from Delhi so you have to wait for 9 days. then after 9 days I call them and they told me that your handset is damaged and you can take it back. then when i went to collect my handset I found that everything in the handset is tampered. Its IMEI number sticker is also tampered. then I found screws of motherboard are also missing. when I ask them that screws are missing then they said to me that you give the set like this way only. what the hell i will do with those two small screws? Are those made up of gold that they can be sold in the market?
then when i show the my handset outside in shop then the shopkeeper told me that this handset cannot be repaired because everything is ruined. Even those Ic which should be touched are tried to be repaired.
is this the way Nokia treat the costumers. Nokia should take care of people working under their company.
I will never ever buy Nokia handset again. and same thing i told my friends.
