A very Goodmorning Sir,
My name is Amit Anand,i logged into your site for a complaint to register,i will be providing as much details i have for the complain.
Topic:Mobile under warranty given in Authorised Dealer Shop but still phone not received for a long period.
Details:I have given my brand new phone which i bought it some hardly 15 or 20 days before giving it to service centre as my screen went with some problems,phone was Nokia 820,they said me while giving the phone that hardly 10 days we will take and return your phone in good condition,But the scene of making me in a dark side arises here as whenever i called them to take my phone they give me 3 more days to take it back,it started from the tenth day they asked me to return it and after that very time the third day they speak the same thing,now almost 2 months is going to over and still the same thing of returning me in 3 days,so i didnt said a word in harsh way just am keeping my patience in hope to see my phone again.
Hope so something can be done through this site as am expecting.
