Nokia — Complaints on Nokia Care Services in Chennai,

Dear All,

I am one of the Nokia mobile users for the past 3 years. All my family members are using only Nokia mobiles and I also recommended my friends to go for Nokia.
I had trust on it before but not now, I am sorry to say that, Because you people made me to do so.
I am really Sorry to say that I lost all my confidence and faith with NOKIA..
I never had such a worst experience from the NOKIA CARE. i would have not been worried if i have lost my Moblie , but your service made me to feel so bad.

I purchased nokia mobile on 28-mar-2011 and the Model is Nokia C2, the only mistake I did is that, I haven’t checked the headset thinking Nokia is the best and will not have problem, but assumption went wrong. When I checked the headset last week I found out that is not functioning, so went to Nokia care in Peters road (Chennai) I was really shocked seeing the service provided to the customers. At that moment I felt bad it’s my mistake purchasing Nokia Brand.

Being Nokia a best company, but the service provided to the customer is not up to the mark what we expected.


If anyone in Nokia say that you care for your customer queries , please address it ASAP.

HI Team India,

I really don't know how to share my worst experience i have ever had with one of your General managers (Pandia Rajan from Rocky agencies). he is really rude and don't know who to handle a customer.

here is my Job sheet Number:[protected]/110509/62 for checking the problem with the headset connector. by checking the phone they said that it might take 10 days and 20th of may was the dead line for that. but till 20th evening 5:00pm we haven't got any phone call or status call about the phone, so we called and found that the mobile was still not ready and got 2 days time, so we agreed and stayed cool.

Today around 4:00 pm we got a message that the Phone was ready and informed us to collect it. so we went there around 6:00 to collect it, but shocked seeing that they have changed the Panel without out my permission that too with a OLD panel not a New one. I got Tensed seeing that and asked about the same to the GM, he doesn't know to answer my questions and was "RUDE". that made me really feel bad and came out of that place.

IS THAT THE WAY WHO YOU TREAT YOUR CUSTOMER

Team i just want to bring this to your Notice, i bought this Mobile on 30th of March as a Gift for my girl whom i am going to marry on her Birthday. we just used the phone for around 20 days and 5 days roaming for the service centers after that mobile is with you till this moment. so i dint ever use my mobile properly not even for a month.

Moreover, even if you change the panel i will not feel that i am using a New mobile, so i would like to have a replacement with a New mobile. if not please let me i will return the Spare mobile and think that i have lost my new phone, but have one thing in mind Team i will never turn back to Nokia in my life and will have this shared will all my friends about the same.

Is there anyone to address my issue.
Its over 2 days still i havent received any E-mail or call from your company addressing my concern. Kinldy have someone to check with my issues. i never mind to take Legal Action against Nokia and the Authorized Service center. Please dont make me to do so only because i like to use Nokia.
