RESPECTED SIR, SUBJECT: COMPLAINT AGAINST NOKIA CARE,DANDIYA BAZAR,VADODARA(GUJARAT) I HAVE MY CELL NOKIA N-8 WHICH HAS CURRENTLY PROBLEM OF SCREEN,USB PORT,MIC.,& CHARGING & WHICH IS IN WARRANTY PERIOD,BUT CUSTOMER CARE OF NOKIA CARE DENIES TO ACCEPT THE CELL IN WARRANTY & TELLS ME THAT IT WOULD COST AROUND 8000/- RS FOR REPAIRING,WHICH IS NOT ACCEPTABLE BY ME AS IT COMES IN WARRANTY PERIOD & SHOULD BE REPAIRED IN WARRANTY. FURTHER THE NOKIA CARE EXECUTIVE ADDS THAT IF I DON'T WANT TO REPAIR SCREEN & JUST WANT TO REPAIR INNER PARTS OF IT THEN ALSO IT WON'T HELP AS ITS RISKY TO OPEN SCREEN AS IT IS DAMAGED WOULD BREAK DOWN & TELLING ME THAT HE CAN'T HELP ME & I WOULD HAVE TO PAY IF I WANT MY CELL REPAIRED FROM NOKIA CARE. SIR/MADAM I AM REGULAR CUSTOMER OF NOKIA CARE FROM 20 YEARS,& I HAVE APPROX 20 MOBILES ALL OF NOKIA IN MY OFFICE STAFF WHICH I HAVE PROVIDED TO THEM & TO MY FAMILY,THIS IS THE FIRST TIME I AM FACING DIFFICULTY FROM YOUR NOKIA CARE SERVICES & ALSO THAT EXECUTIVE GUY IS TELLING ME WITH CONFIDENCE THAT I HAVE TO BOW DOWN TO COMPANY NOKIA CARE CENTRE & WOULD HAVE TO COME BACK TO PAY & REPAIR MY CELL!!! I AM ATTACHING YOU RETURN CELL COPY WHICH IS PROVIDED FROM NOKIA CARE IN WRITING & MY WARRANTY DETAILS. SO PLEASE CONSIDER MY REQUEST & TAKE ACTION ON NOKIA CARE,DANDIYA BAZAR BRANCH,VADODARA(GUJARAT) OTHERWISE I WOULD BE FORCED TO TAKE HELP OF MEDIA,PEHREDAR SHOW,& MAY BE WOULD STRIKE AHEAD OF YOUR CENTRE OF VADODARA.
