[Resolved] Nokia Customer Care Of India — Complaint with Nokia 6500C | |
SIr, i purchased Nokia 6500 Classic from Nokia Priority, Trivandrum, on 28th Jan 2008. Since then i have been having problems. First the phone used to get stuck, when i took it to nokia care they said that they have an upgraded version and loaded that. Now the phone gets stuck and the charger is not working. I submit my phone in nokia customer care have a problem of charging of phone at dated 14 march 2009. The job sheet no. is[protected]/090314/11. now after two month he says that the phone is physically damage while the phone is submit after primary checkup .if the phone is really physically damage then for this care persons are responsible not me.
Please slave my problem.
