[Resolved] Nokia - E 51 Mobile — nokia phone switches are not working properly | |
Dear sir, Hemant Patel here. i bought nokia E 51 phone. and still my phone in warranty period. currently my phone having some problems in key or switches are not properly working. i went to nokia care and coplain regading this matter but they people tell me that your phone key pad is damage due to water but i never keep my phone any wahere even my phone do not having any single scratches. so how can they people say like this. they say your service will be chargeble not in warranty. means whatever cost is arrived i have to barred but why should i barred i have waranty period. so pls sir i need help in this matter. My 1st E51 mobile have same problem, then within 1 year I bought another one, again same problem within 6 months. '
Oh Nokia...lost confidence.
This is absolute LOOT from Nokia. They should give new cell phones those who have E51.
After all we are common ... peoples. Cant fight & whom to fight. No UNITY.
Govt. should think seriously on this matter.
