Nokia E5 — Terrible Phone Nokia should give replacement | |||
I purchased Nokia E5 from Planet M in Korum mall in Thane. After a few days, I realized that the phone hangs/resets several times during the day. This happens even when I am on a call with someone. I have read about similar problems by different persons. I have also submitted a review on this phone on mouthshut.com (see http://www.mouthshut.com/review/Nokia-E5-lnmrmromln). I did expect a reputed company like to Nokia to sell a product that is so below par. Especially since it is a fairly expensive phone (Rs 11,500 odd) marketed as a replacement for BlackBerry. Nokia — Terrible company!
I took out an N73 about 3 months ago from vizag(A.P.)and just after purchasing the cell, i'd problems with my speakers, when someone calls I can hear them very slowly on loudspeakers and while playing FM on loudspeaker the voice was very slow also in the headset(HS-16) only one side was working.i cant imagine that this can happen to the new cell phones also.what kind of quality control nokia is using and who is the bastered issued them this quality certificates.sir i live in Alwar(Raj) so i went nokia care centre there.they told me that it will take long time(atleast 2months), which means I'm going to be without a phone for 2 month.This is unacceptable because i am paying for a phone that I won't be able to use.so instead of giving them i went jaipur nokiacare centre(near laxmi mandir) on my own expanses. there they took my cell as well as my headset also and told me to come after 2week.i went there after two week.they gave my cell back to me and told that its working ok but i checked, it wasnt.so i went to jaipur again and gave them my cell for repairing.again i went there after two week and i checked my cell there in front of the staff and i showed them the problem wasnt sloved.i asked them to give me their senior managers phone no. but they didnt give me.so i argued them for two hours and duing this one of their worker took my cell ph in workshop and did something with software and my cell was working ok.
now sir two months already passed but i didnt recevied there any calls regarding my headset and if i call them they hardly pick the phone and if by mistake they pick the phone they always tells me that it will take atleast 6months.
Nokia has been named as an excellent brand, when it comes to cellphones, thats why i took it out but guys really... sorry tosay that i am not happy about the craftsmanship of both phones and nokiacare centres. It's becoming a liability more than an asset.
If this is what Nokia's are about then why buy the product.
