its really a nightmare for Mr. JS Nikhal, A truly the Nokia company should replace the handset and pay for the inconvenice caused to the customer. I would never suggest nokia to anybody for such a poor and pathetic customer service

Nokia care of korba is very bad.. they actualy want to make money on every phone whether under warranty or not..
They shud have taken the phone from customer and send d handset to L3 but instead they bring part n replace them here itself..they never wanted to send the phone to L3..
And mr ajoy tiwari sharda telecom has no knowledge o[censored]r problem ..
You have to come to the shop regarding your problem...how wud we know about it..

NOKIA INDIA (Product Nokia E 6) — Non Working of Device
Dear Sir,I am an Ex-Defence person from Pune.I had purchased NOKIA E6 on 27.07.2011 However , there was some hang-out problem for which I had visited the nearest Nokia care in Pune (Akshay centre)on 11.08.2011. Since they couldnot resove the problem it was sent for repair to Nokia- Gurgaon-Delhi office on 12.08.2011. After repeated follow ups I was told that the mother board of the device will be changed since it cannot be repaired .Thank god that I had shown (asked) the Nokia care engineer - Mr Sachin to thoroughly check my device before sending since it was brand new item . It was my 6th sense that I could foresee the problem ahead. Anyway; I got the device after 13 days on 25.08.2011. Unfortunately, the body of the device was SEVERELY scratched .Also there was the Echo of voice problem along with on-off switch problem with the device. On calling the customer care (from Nokia care centre-Pune); they asked to resubmit the device to Delhi office once again (second time). My complaint ID is 1-[protected]; 1-[protected] AND 1-[protected]. Finally; I came to know on 05.09.2011 that the device which was received by Nokia Care centre Pune on 03.09.2011 has been sent again (Third time) to the company at Gurgaon-Delhi.
Since then,whenever you call the customer care centre they give vague assurance stating the thorough quality check is maintained and we shall look into your complaint. But its of no-use. Can Pehredaar help me in this matter before I go to the consumer court? The company should replace such defective product of mine.
