[Resolved] Nokia E6 — Product problem | |||
Had bought a Nokia E6 mobile phone on 10/01/2012. There was a product problem since day one. The screen lock on the right hand side of the phone was faulty along with the software problem. I visited nokia care center at Irla Mumbai within 1 week of the buying. There made a minor repair work along with the software updating of the phone. At that time I got a verbal commitment from the Nokia care center the if there is any problem with the lock they would replace the phone or repair it for free of cost. Today when I visited the same Nokia Center they refused to attend my query as committed. Over and above I was threatened by the nokia center and the customer care the my warranty would be canceled here after. I was harassed by the people at the nokia care center and refused to give me the contact details of the Customer care manager Nokia India west zone. I feel it is a cover up act for their faulty product. Nokia has one of the most poorest customer services. This is not the first encounter with Nokia's customer care. I had the same problem with my fathers E72 which they could never address it. It is still under the warranty. I has a software issue which is becoming a never ending story. nokia india/nokia E-6 — product is not working
myself avinash.I bought nokia E-6 on 29th of july.it stop working on 8th august.i was thinking that there is software problem then i went to nokia care and they told me that there is hardware or screen is not working. it will takes 10 days.i cant wait for 10 day.
