[Resolved] Nokia E63 — NOKIA E63 MENU PROBLEM | |
Hi, I've bougth Nokia E63 mobile on my B'day 3 weeks back. However, next day onwards I'm facing the Menu problem. Whenever I click on Menu - nothing happens. The only solution was to switch off the mobile and restart again. I did this for first 1 week. Then I finally went to Nokia care Center in Abuja, Nigeria who took my mobile and asked me to come back after 10 days. When I finally took back my mobile I was informed that the team has worked on my mobile and is not working fine. However, just yesterday I got the mobile from Nokia care and now I'm again facing the same problem !!! I had to restart my mobile twice in last 24 hours. I'm v dissapointed with this Nokia care service. What shud i do?? The mobile was so good that I invested my money to gift myself this cell. but now m really frustrated n helpless about this situation. Rgds... Rakesh Sharma Was this information helpful? | |

I bought a nokia E-63 mobile phone after 2 days of purchase only i got problem in the handset that the menu of the set was not opening it was working fine after a restart. i went to nokia care centre (venus communication, ashok vihar, delhi 52).they told me its a software problem and they would update it, they updated the soft. but in vein, within 24 hrs i got problem again, i approached nokia care centre people they told me use handset without memory car and then it will word fine but agan problem occured, like this they took my phone for 3-4 times bot nothing happened, in 5th time they told me that they will send it to head office but it would take 10 days, after 10 days it came back and i was shocked to see that it was still giving that problem then i contacted nokia care person he told me that we would update the software except this we cant do anything, so this the problem and I am frustuated with this problem i want a replacement.
