[Resolved]  Nokia E63 Mobile — heating up

I recently bought a e63 nokia phone on 04/jun/2010 from SRI RAM ENTERPRISES with the following details

BATTERY NO[protected] : 0670519
CHARGER NO[protected]; 0675387

The phone gets extremely heated up if the talk time exceeds 5+ mins and this extremely dangerous as it may explode for long talk hours.
The edges of the steel colored navigation key got corroded and appears rusted within one month o[censored]sage.
(AND I AFFIRM THAT I AM NOT A FREQUENT USER OF PHONE. I RECEIVE AND MAKE 10 -15 CALLS A DAY ON AN AVERAGE AND TRY TO MAINTAIN THE PHONE WITH UTMOST CARE SINGLE-HANDEDLY)
THE PHONE HAVING MANUFACTURING DEFECTS SHOULD BE IMMEDIATELY REPLACED.
