[Resolved]  Nokia E72 — Handset is not working properly (Keyboard)

Hi,

My handset was not working properly, specifc with Bluetooth and hanging handset during calls. To ractify this problem I have handed over my handset to Nokia carecenter, they give me handset after 15 days and during that time keypad is not working properly, so again given back to Nokia Carecenter they took another 20 days to repair it. After working 15-20 day it again giving same problme, and submitted once again in same Nokia Center. I am getting after 2 month in March 2011 with faulty keyboard and refuse to correct it saying "WE ARE NOT ABLE TO CORRECT IT".

Please advice what to do with this case.

Nokia E72 — unsubscribe yahoozone

I am receiving SMS that "your subscription to Yahoo! Zone renewed" This is chargeable to INR 10/- .

They have also given a link "http://202.199.114.183/yzu.wml" to unsubscribe, but this link do not open and constantly INR 10/- is charged.

Please unsubscribe the Yahoo!Zone.

Nokia E-72 is still not working after 2 services by Nokia Care
My name is Amit Maheshwari.
I bought newly launched Nokia E-72 series mobile from Priya Communication, Gurgaon (who is a Nokia Priority Dealer) on[protected] at 01-06 PM.

My Bill No.- NPD/5883
IMEI- [protected]

From the start I was facing following 2 major problems in my mobile which could result in something very harmful-
1. Mobile vibrates whie recieving calls at least for 40 secs
2. While talking to some person on phone, another person can't hear my voice. Voice goes automatically.

I went twice to Nokia Care for services. Details of both are below-
Service 1- 14/07/2010

Time Taken- 7 days (Sent to Nokia)

I told both problems in my service request to Nokia Care. I told them that there are problem in Hardware and modulator but they din't listen to me.

But I had very bad experience in Nokia services now after this and frustated that after spending INR 20,400/-, I dint get the right phone.

I sent a formal mail for complaint to nokia care and they said that I need to submit the phone again. I can't submit the phone again as i know again they will provide the temporary solution.

I want my phone to be changed and INR 20000/- for mental frustation and life risk due to this phone..

Nokia E72 — Poor Service of Nokia Care

On Saturday, January 22,2011, I took my mobile phone Nokia E72, under warranty to a Nokia Care centre at O-9 Lajpat Nagar II.

Please judge the level of service that is being given.

The complaints and solutions given aer indicated below :-

1. Mail cannot be configured :- Reply : NOKIA servers are having a problem. Mail will not work on E72 and has not been working for past several months. No solution can be offered .
2. On the phone several times while typing messages, the space bar is not working .- No solution offered.
3. On the phone, several times, when one looks up contacts, the message "Memory full" appears. Solution suggested is to "Reload the software". For this I am told to go back and backup all data else I will loose all data. The centre, refuses to take a backup on a local computer or even on my own memory card and reload the software.

On raising my voice in order that someone higher up listens, I am told that no further solution can be provided.
As far as the centre is concerne, they have already logge a priority customer call N22 and will get paid for it, WITHOUT RESOLVING ANY COMPLAINT.

Is this the standard of service expected from companies that are dishing out expensive instruments with literally NO support.

Problem is not yet resolved, could you please provide update on that. Handset is with me in same damage condition. No one from Nolia care has been contacted me. Please don't misguide here and provide correct update.
Not expact this kind of false reply from Nokia. Is this the customer satisfaction do Nokia is providing.

i had the same problem with spacebar and now it fell on the ground. Now the center of nokia says that it can not be repaired

Nokia, Nokia E72 — Not working properly

I purchased the Nokia E72 mobile nearly three months before from Ernakulam.
The IME NO is [protected]. Firstly I had a complaint, and shown the mobile to Nokia Service Centre at Ernakulam, Job Sheet No[protected]/110808/41 dated 8th August 2011.The set carries warranty. Ref No GLBINY[protected]. I got it repaired with doing the soft ware and battery replaced. But again the complaint is there. Mobile gets stuck, some times after a call is being ended, and sometimes cannot make a call, sometimes get break with the connection of the service. The phone frequently gets switched off frequently. When the battery is fully charged, and after using it for some time, the level of battery, when in middle comes automatically low. After some time
it comes to the middle level again. These also happens when using memory card, and E-mail. Totally I have submitted my phone in the service centre more than three times.
Now I have submitted to the Nokia Service Centre.
Its good for customers like us
