Nokia - E72 Handset — Malfunctioning device | |||
Hi, I had bought an E72 Nokia(limited edition) about 15 days. Since the day I have bought it, I have been facing problem day in day out. 1. Its push mail service is not working. I do not receive mails in the E-m ail IDs I have configured on my handset. 2. Handset hangs many times when I try to surf internet over it. Same problem also happens when I try to open any other preinstalled appliactions. Due to 1 and 2 I have suffered huge losses. 3. I have caalled Nokia CC umpteen times. Everytime they have some standard solutions, which I follow to teh T, but problem remains unresloved. 4. I have also formatted my handset as asked by Nokia Cust Care guys but problem remains unresolved. Everyday I spend hours trying to resolve thes epplication. I want follwoing compensation: 1. Full money refund for this handset 2. The opportunity cost. I comes out to be Rs 4,50,000. I can prove it in court of law. 3. Th mental agony I have gone through. Want monetry compensation for it. N THE BEST PART IS THAT WHEN THEIR TECHNICAL TEAM CALLED ME UP THEY ALSO COMPLANIED THAT THEY HAVE BEEN FACING PROBLEMS WITH THEI PERSONAL NOKIA HANDSET.. HA HA ...SUCH IS THE STATE OF AFFAIRS!!!
NO WONDER EUROPEN COMPANIES SUCK WORLDWIDE!!!
