[Resolved] Nokia E72 — IS NOKIA A “CUSTOMER SERVICE CENTER” OR “CUSTOMER SLAPPING CENTER”? | |||
I had submitted my handset (NOKIA E-72) on 5th Aug, 2011 (IMEI NO.[protected]/110805/90), to NOKIA CARE CENTER, NOIDA (Micronas Telecom C4, sec-2) which was under warranty till that day ,to fix the problem of my phone which was not even switching on. Firstly, the customer executive there, told me that your phone is damaged and this is the case of liquid logged etc. They had given me the job sheet and told me to collect it from the center next day and estimated the cost of Rs. 330, then in the morning, I got a call from them and they told me that it is tampered and the estimated cost would be Rs. 4500 and now after so many days they are saying its unrepairable. What's happening?? You guys think your customers are foolish or what. Those buggers pick up my call and told me we'll get back to you, am I a fool sitting here waiting for their calls. I AM COMPLETELY PISSED OFF I now don't want my handset to be repaired, I just want it to be replaced with a new one. Else, i would go to the customer court/Forum and would see what I can do next. They alwaz try to make customer pay for the repair whether 2 or 3 weeks are still pending in warranty expiry date & alwaz tries to show internal damage as liquid damage so they dnt have to bear any cost of repairing & can earn some form there customer instead
