Nokia — Erratic and sudden non functioning of the mobile instrument | |||
Dear Madam / Sir, The handset as is being described in the attached photo (which infact is scanned copy of the invoice generated by nokia preferred store) was procured accordingly. It was gift to my mother who turned Age 70. She is a generic mobile phone user where is besides calling and receiving call sometimes she listens to her music files stored on the phone. She does not even know how to sms or use camera on her own. To the amazement of all o[censored]s one fine day somewhere in May the phone suddenly stopped charging and turned black completely. The very next day we handed it over to the official service center as is attached in the other photo file attached herewith. The phone was received back from them in ok condition and it started functioning properly. We were told that they just re loaded the OS again. It was kind of reofrmat and the same hand set started functioning again. My mother was ok with it. Again the same situation as was stated in May has arisen. Now when we went to service center with a request that please issue us a fresh and technically properly working phone as we believe that this particular instrument has some technical flaw in it. The service center is saying no to the said request. My mother, rightly so, is seeking a replacement.
